- Now add Spices like salt1/2 tsp,rice flour, Carom Seeds,oil 2 tsp,Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp, Asafoetida/Heeng-1/4 tsp.mix well.add water slowly and gradually, remove the lums.and make a thick batter..
- Now take whole spices like whole coriander seeds,Carom Seeds, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds.dry roast all Spices and make Roughly Grind powder..
- Now for Stuffing take a Pan add oil 2 tsp, asafoetida-1/4tsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, grated ginger 1 tsp,Chaat Masala,dry Mango powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, roasted Cumin Powder,salt.Mix well..
